The service
Coopers Mowing provides lawn mowing only. A standard visit includes front and back yard mowing, string trimming along fences and around trees and beds, edging along the sidewalk and driveway, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. Coopers Mowing doesn't provide landscaping, tree work, irrigation or yard cleanups.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and based on yard size and how often you want service. Your price is the one Joseph quotes you directly.
Scheduling and weather
Service is offered weekly or every other week. Weather, especially heavy rain, can make mowing impractical or bad for the lawn. When weather affects a visit, Joseph will reach out to reschedule.
Property access
You don't need to be home. Please make sure the yard is reachable on mowing day: gates unlocked or a code shared, and anything that shouldn't be mowed over (hoses, toys, small items) picked up. If the yard can't be reached, the visit may need to be moved.
Pets
Please keep pets inside during mowing visits for their safety. If a pet is out in the yard, the visit may need to be moved.
Problems with a visit
If something about a visit isn't right, tell Joseph as soon as you can by call, text or email so he can take a look.
Changes or stopping service
To change how often you get mowed, or to stop service, just let Joseph know.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
